PMA was designed as a simple to set–up, easy to use system with a friendly graphical “feel”. PMA will automatically prompt maintenance technicians and supervisors any time maintenance is due, or when users report a fault condition. It’s as simple as that..... on the Surface anyway –

It may appear simple, yet PMA is a powerful and flexible tool. You can design PMA to look and feel in whatever way makes you more productive. You are the architect through numerous layers; by department, division, sub-division, all the way down to individual equipment location. PMA gives you the control so that you stay on top of your maintenance schedule.

Password protected levels prevent unauthorized users from accessing sensitive data, while allowing complete functionality for their tier of access. Dual level program management ensures data security and availability to authorized users.

You can’t keep track of a million things on your own.  With additional software some systems will become self monitoring so you could be notified as soon as your equipment knows there is a problem.  You even have a choice of database into which  PMA will store it’s data, either dBase, Microsoft SQL or MySQL tables.
